This is a pretty cool place It's all you can eat. You got to pick and choose what you want as will as the Sauces. The stuff you pick out is Is raw but you get to watch them cook it in front of you. The restaurant has a nice And welcoming environment. The staff here are friendly and have a good since of humor. The cooking the food nice and evenly to. They flavors of the food are as strong or as week as you make them to be. Kids 4 and under get in free. They have coloring pictures for the kids that help To entertain them when they're not eating. All of my kids enjoy the food as will. My family and I will definitely be coming here again sometime.

I would give 10000s stars and more to this place! I have never been a fan of Mongolian BBQ until I ate here. I am a true believer now! As a picky eater, I had plenty of options and combinations, I immediately fell in love with the flavor. The staff are WONDERFUL, very helpful and always nearby for any help or questions. A lady named Danae(I am so sorry if i misspelled your name!) Was running around making sure EVERYONE was served and happy, along with our server (young lady, glasses and ponytail, I am so sorry I didn't catch your name) was also very sweet and helpful. Overall the staff was fantastic and friendly. I will definitely be making the 40 minute drive over JUST to eat here
When the pandemic hit, Changs finally allowed take out which we were very excited about as we ate there often. They have everything well covered and they fill the bowls for you as to your likings including the sauce and then deliver it to the cook. You got 3 bowls which is a fair amount as it's an all you can eat place. Fast Forward: They now have the dining room open and still have take out, we still do the take out because of Covid we feel more comfortable taking it to go rather then dining in. They now offer 2 bowls and they won 't push down the ingredients to fit the items in the 2 bowls. I told the boy I wanted the ingredients for the hot sauce, he dumped in salt water which isn't in the hot sauce, when I told him about it he replied I didn't put that much in! (What???) He never offered to remake it!! The cook never acknowledged us , left the food just sit there never stirring it and letting the noodles burn on 2 of our dishes. You used to get peanuts, sesame seeds, teriyaki sauce, etc. at the end that they put on as well as allowing small containers to take of different sauce, seeds, nuts etc. Now if you want those items you get 4 small containers per person, a small amount of rice and 3 wraps per person, you want more you have to pay more!! It's an all you can eat place that charges the same price for take out where you get less, and pay more for the sauces, wraps and rice, never getting to go through the line again all the while being shorted that third bowl. When I voiced my complaints they had an excuse for everything an the basic who cares attitude! This has happened the last two times we've been there and we've had enough. We'd been going there for many years and seen the decline over the last few years but now it's really bad, doubt we will go back.
The service is amazing and the ingredients are always fresh. Employees are extremely kind and do everything fast and properly. Felt bad I could only leave a 1 tip last time because they deserved more

They have a great system set up for getting your food to go. It was easy to go in and tell them what we wanted. They had servers dish up for you and package everything for you to take to go.
Oh My Gosh.. I haven't been here in like forever.. and let me tell you.. #itsbackon.. so good.. only 1cook but he is doing awesome.. kiddos to him..
Lacking in flavor. They have made it where they have you tell them what you want and fill up your bowls for you. It’s a pain and it took a very long time to get to go in line to the finish product of actually getting your food.
