Very good food. It is a little pricey at 13-17 a bowl, but you do get a lot of food. Staff is helpful for those unfamiliar with the style of restaurant, my suggestion is to get the smallest bowl, pile it high and they add in the noodles or rice. The small is more than enough for a single sitting. They need to fix their app as well.

Choices for food and bowl size gave for a pretty good meal. Drinks were kept full and didn't have to wait long for a needed refill. Only downer was orders took a tad long to get to the table. But looked like they were short staffed. Maybe just for the day Other than that, good with me.
I've been to this location twice in the past month and I will not be returning. The first time me and my girlfriend stopped in over a hour before they close and they told us that they weren't taking anymore dine in that night. Then the second time I went they took 10 min to seat us,15 min to get our drink orders, 20 min after that for us to get the drinks, 25 min after that to get our food but one person at the table never received her order. Then when we asked to talk to the manager we were informed that our server was the manager. I'd recommend going to the other location or somewhere else.
The waitress seated us, took our drink/food order, and then never came back. We saw her taking other orders and putting in orders at the bar, but she never came back to give us our drinks or our bowls for the buffet. We finally have up and walked out, without anyone from the restaurant even asking why. I'd think during Covid businesses would be doing all they can to keep customers, but this will likely be the last time we come back.
A "Spicy meat of bowl" the options are amazing, there is soo many meats and ingredients to choose from! My favorite is steak, chicken, tofu, with some veggies. I recommend the noodles and cabbage and some hot sauce . My large bowl was a very good portion of food, when you get your serving bowl you should stack your ingredients smartly to fit a greater variety.
Do not order here, especially online. We placed an order that took 3 HOURS to arrive. It was missing all of the drinks, the store would not answer the phone and they will not issue a refund. I was offered a free drink voucher for “next time” however we will not be returning. The website does not work to contact corporate either. Updating to add that the owner (I’m guessing, he never actually identified that) contacted me. He blamed me for not asking the delivery driver where our drinks were. The store was closed by the time we received our food so the delivery driver couldn’t have done much. He said no one at the store noticed the phone wasn’t working for who knows how long and he raised his voice at me when I asked if this is how they typically deal with unsatisfactory service. He was unapologetic and unprofessional. A little customer service goes a long way and the whole situation was handled very poorly.
This place continues to slap year after year. You can get any type of meat you want with any veggie you want and you can choose noodles, steamed white rice or brown rice. They also let you taste the sauces for you to decide which one you want to add (no double dipping). I highly recommend building a bowl with sausage, chicken, and veggies of your choice. I get double noodles and it comes out awesome with dragon sauce. I usually have the small bowl but if I'm super hungry I'll get the medium one.
Overall, it was a good experience. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is because this location is highly understaffed and it took us almost 10 minutes just to get seated when there was hardly any customers in the entire restaurant. Food was great though!
