I had a great and easy experience! I had some recalls that they were able to get taken care of very quickly. I was able to wait in a nice area while my daughter played in the playroom. All the staff were friendly and helpful!

Very poor experience with this dealer. A couple days after purchasing a truck from this dealer I started having several issues with the truck. The sales guy told me that it had been through a full inspection. The front drivers side strut coil was snapped in two on the bottom coil, the engine starting cutting out, there was a clunking noise in the rear of the truck, and the emergency brake wire had been cut. These are items that all should have been caught on their so called inspection. These guys didn't do an inspection at all, either that or they might wanna hire new mechanics. They wouldn't help me out at on all any of the issues. Would highly recommend looking at a different dealer.

The car buying experience was great. Usually when I went in for an oil change I could make a reservation. The last two times I drove 40 miles to come in for an oil change because they don't take reservations any longer, first come first serve, only to drive the 40 mi back home because the wait was between 1 and 2 hours. I will no longer come in for oil changes. The employees are great, the fact I can't make reservations does not work for me. If not for this issue I would have given a much better rating.

I had a great experience with Gregg Young. On a used vehicle that we were planning on buying, the heated seats wouldn't work so I asked them to fix it first. The mechanic took the car for a test drive and noticed possible mechanical problems. The transmission was just about ready to go bad, and I was so thankful that they told me the truth before we bought it! Andrew was our sales guy. He was very low pressure, and easy to work with. He did his research to try and find us the perfect vehicle before we even got there. Also no hidden fees. Even better.
