I am a regular patient of Greenridge Behavioral Health in Gaithersburg and Frederick Maryland. Services have been great until yesterday. I saw the Doctor in the morning via Telehealth and all went well. However, 7 hours later my pharmacy still had not received my prescription. I contacted the re-fill line via email and was assured my prescription would be sent shortly. Waiting near pharmacy which 30 miles from my house for 3 more hours and it never came. This seems to be funny to the refill department, but it’s wrong and dangerous. I’m leaving the practice and retaining a lawyer. I recommend you go somewhere else for your mental health needs.

I don't know what that 1 star rating is about but this place does very amazing work for kids and adults with all kinds of issues. They are queer friendly, polite and very personable. I have been working with them for 2 years now, and even though I only physically show up once a week for supervision, any time I needed am answer or documents from a different program in the center, the front desk ladies go out of their way to help. If you have a kid what requires a TSS or one on one services, I implore you to check out Interact. They really care!

The two African American women who work as receptionist are extremely unprofessional and need to be relieved from the very few duties they are obligated to perform on a daily basis. The curly haired woman incorrectly scheduled my appointment several times and today after I finally was approved to leave early from work to attend my appointment it just so happens that when I arrived I was told that she MEANT to tell me she had actually schedule my appointment for tomorrow and that I couldn’t be seen today. This was an extreme inconvenience for me considering I live all the way across the city. The crazy part is I was actually referred here but now I know to tell people to not come here due to the unorganization and unprofessionalism
