Awesome!! Great sales process, not pushy, willing to grab a few different vehicles to get a feel for any see the differences with features and options. Matt G was great to work with and truly knows his Jeeps!! Jay going through paperwork and warranty made it simple as well. I am from Kansas City and visiting Green Bay for an extended period of time. My wife is taking care of her elderly mother. My Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel was due for its first servicing (6,000 miles) and decided to give Gandrud Dodge Jeep Ram a try. I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality of service. The young man who checked me in was courteous and professional. He explained to me the cost, the service that would take place and the estimated time. I asked the service manager some questions about my diesel truck since I am new to diesels and not accustomed to the extreme winters of Green Bay. He was polite and thorough with his answers. The waiting area and bathrooms were spectacularly clean. As a bonus here was free high speed internet!

My girlfriend purchased a used equinox from the dealership Saturday morning, we found the vehicle on Tuesday last week. It was exactly what she was looking for! Of course the battery was dead from the cold, so the salesman used cables to get it started, not letting it warm up at all before driving it from the back to the front. She did end up getting a new battery installed, after asking 3 times. Then she brought it home, and i went through the settings and what not and found that there's 320 miles left until the oil needs to be changed. I would think when you buy a vehicle, it would come with fresh oil and filter. Definitely not impressed with the service

Service team was fast, accurate, affordable and nice. Parts department helped me find a difficult part and was awesome to deal with. Sales department was zero pressure and actually referred me out for a better deal, awesome.

Much thanks to the Gandrud crew for making my purchase experience a good one. I'm from out of state but Cameron and Jay made the deal a breeze. Very friendly and non pushy staff. Everyone was great, had Jake help with the delivery of the truck and was very pleased with everyone. Love the truck!
