These guys came and installed a new system. First, they did not plan how to install pipe. They use a broken window to do so. After a long fight, they finally drill the wall and use it for the pipe. After the install, the first floor of the house did not have any heat. I called them several times and they ignored all my calls. Until thay part of the house has no heat and I have no idea how to fix it. I called a different contractor and paid 75 to look at it and that contractor concluded that the company that installed the system should know what is missing. I have not heard from them until now. I would make some youtube videos and share it on all social media just to save you guys from trouble.

Called 6:45 Saturday night because my heater stopped blowing warm air. Spoke to Yanni. He said he could come out the next morning (Sunday) between 8 & 9 am. He texted Sunday morning @ 8:45 to say he was on his way & arrived not too long after. It only took him about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem which was dirt in the system. He cleaned the dirt & had it up & running in no time. Yanni was highly professional & the service charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company to anyone for their hvac needs.
