Probably the BEST buying experience EVER! Everything happened in a timely manner. QB went above and beyond. Would recommend QB and Texas Nissan. ️️ Called them because my car battery fail 5 days after buying “as is” and they replaced it for me no charge. They didn’t have to but did anyway. And I am so so so appreciative of the care and kindness I got from managers to sales to service center! Thank you so so much!

I had a bad experience. I saw a vehicle online that was listed for 16,000. I went it, traded my vehicle for for a value of 2000 after that was applied, my cost dropped to 14k and I paid additional 500 down and I signed everything with the Sales guy (James) who now took it to account with another guy (Isaiah). When the final document came, they charged me 16,900 and not what was the listed price. I only noticed the discrepancy after i went home. I went back to the dealership next day and of course, they pushed responsibility of everything on me for not reading it before signing. I wonder why they charged me 900 more than what they listed... It's a shame, taking advantage at this moment of need... everyone beware! See pictures, I'm not making this up.

Greatest NISSAN group of service people and mechanics I've ever come across. Helped with my Titan and got all of my warranties pulled up for me so I knew what I had left as well as what I should get as far as an extended warranty. I bought my Ram 1500 from Texas Nissan. Our sales rep was exceptional. He was not too pushy, super friendly, and extremely helpful. However, the finance department was well below average. There was a 1 hour and 40 minute wait for the finance department and I guess they were having a bad day because everyone that we encountered was not in the greatest mood. The ironic part about the situation is that we bought the vehicle outright and we didn’t even use any of the finance options that they were annoyingly trying to push on us. If I didn’t love the truck so much I would have left immediately after walking into the finance department. I’ll still give this place 3 Stars only because of my experience with the sales rep and the beauty of my truck, but the chances of me returning or recommending this place to anyone is very unlikely.
