Took car in by appointment following a manufacturer's recall. Staff very polite and helpful despite dealing with Covid restrictions. Car was examined very quickly and found to be faultless so I was soon on my way again. Impressive.

I have had my new car now for a few weeks, and i couldn't be happier with the car (obviously) but also the customer service received from Lisa! I went to different garages etc and they all pushed me to buy a car, and one that didn't meet all my requirements. What was originally a visit to test drive a new Micra turned out to me being able to purchase my dream car. Would highly recommend going here, they will not push you to buy a car, they are friendly and welcoming plus their coffees are fantastic too! Again thank you so much for all the help from the team but mostly Lisa, she is a star!

I'd recommend Bristol Street Nissan Darlington 100% Jay who dealt with me went above & beyond as it was very difficult to make a decision to buy a car without looking inside properly or taking it for a test drive (due to COVID) but he reassured me & went through everything like a fine tooth comb. He has since kept in contact checking everything is going okay. Jay was fantastic at his job I would highly recommend him & Bristol Street Motors, I have bought multiple cars from them before & will continue to going forward. Really happy with the car we got as well as the service from Bristol Street.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Great service getting my new lease car. Everything was explained in depth as I'd never bought a car this way before. Easy part exchange. Ian was so good keeping in touch before my appointment and afterwards when I picked the car up. Very professional but also very friendly and made me feel totally comfortable in my choice.
