Save Our Children Youth Academy

My husband, Martin, was the one who obtained the Storage Unit at Granny’s Self Storage! I had NO idea what was even in there! When he passed in November of 2019, it never even crossed my mind about the building because he always handled that! In December, Marilyn called me to tell me about the payment! She was so Nice and Courteous when I told her that the payment for the building never crossed my mind! She understood and didn’t charge the late fee for December! I absolutely adore Marilyn and her expertise in Customer Service! As of October 2nd, the storage unit is cleaned out (from nothing but “junk”)! But, Marilyn assured me that if I ever need Storage space again, to consider Granny’s Self Storage! That’s a most definitely-YES! Thanks, Marilyn! We’ll have to keep in touch!!

I’ve been with Granny’s for 3 years. I have only good things to say about them. Safe, secure, clean, Professional and very responsive management, pay online, pay by phone, no worries. This is why Granny’s will always be my first choice;... I was over there on Saturday, thanksgiving weekend, preparing my unit for my move back to the Charlotte area. I inadvertently snapped the key off in my lock after I had opened the unit and put the lock back on the door, through the hasp, so I wouldn’t lose it...so now only a plug lock would work to secure my valuables.. I called the number on the office door....not only did they promptly answer the phone, but they immediately came out and provided me with an inexpensive plug lock ...on a holiday weekend no less! Thank you Granny’s, You are the best!

Ms.Marilyn was outstanding with customers services and handling my affairs on all levels. If we had more people of her caliber this place would be a lot better!! I recommend Granny’s storage to anymore looking to store in the area!!
