Very very poor service .without resolving complaint. the compliant is closed. How they will resolve the complain.

Absolutely worthless and terrible service. Will not recommend to anyone. I complained about a week ago regarding the network issue/ freeze issue and haven't received any help or response from anyone. The distributor keeps telling us that they are looking into it and aren't doing anything at all.
Service is not good.wifi speed is always very bad and it disconnects very frequently .plus plans are also comparatively costly.you can not make even a whatsapp video call through wifi. Not going to recommend.
Service quality is third class and after three month they haven't resolved my problem and when I ask for return my deposit they are not picking my call I will post again if I will not get my money back.
i say 3 stars bcuz they have good internet service buy where they are lacking is better unlimited internet plans.....wherever their closest rival Kappa internet have better plans but poor service
At least upto50 mbps ya upto10 mbps ki speed ka Toh plan provide karo
Very wrost service of goldy diginet village anjana mr mahesh kumar cabel operator is never attend the call never meet at his home how we do recharge in our television. DearI goldy owner please solve the problem, otherwise please remove agency from mr mahesh kumar, I think you give better solution
