This is a five star business – always returning the calls, always addressing any issues with the property or the tenants. Always paying on time. At the end of the lease we sold our property with the Golden Gate Real Estate – five star business. Fair market assessment, clear negotiations process, took care of some small repairs and helped to close the deal in less than a month. It was a pleasure to work with and do business with Golden Gate.

Nathan was great to work with and great at keeping in touch through the whole process of buying and selling a home or in my case multiple homes. We had two condos to sell when we found the home we wanted to buy, and he made selling of our condos very easy and the purchase of our new house just as easy. He made the 3 property transactions very hassle-free and was always accessible for any questions we had along the way. He even referred me to a lender that beat my credit unions rate by 0.75%. I would give them 10 stars if google let me, thank you Nathan!

William Nathan Shimp agent for Golden Gate Real Estate represented the buyers for the purchase of our home. He used unscrupulous tactics and untruths to win confessions during negotiations. It was clear that he did not represent the best interests of his clients. I would recommend that you avoid this agent and agency at all costs. There are hundreds of realtors to chose from, don't risk your future to this one.
