Product received as described, well packed and shipped. Thank you! This would have been a 5-star review except I received absolutely ZERO communication from this company. If buying internationally, be aware of this. They may be very nice to local customers who shop in person. If you're not, you may here absolutely nothing from them after sending them your money. Some basic customer service practices would really help. (I'm also taking off a star because when I suggested that they should have at least emailed an order confirmation and shipping update, they basically argued with me instead of admitting that it's kind of a reasonable idea... sheesh. Some companies just should not have an online presence.)
