We have been supplied faulty products twice and the back and forth for weeks to get the products either replaced or refunded has been incredibly challenging. After weeks one product has finally been refunded but we are still battling the company to get a replacement or refund for the second product which Goddenis now trying to charge us shipping for when clearly they supplied a faulty product. The amount of time this has now cost my company is disgusting.
10/10 for this company, their service is has been great and the pricing has taken considerable cost out of our food purchases, something that our other suppliers seem to struggle with. The Godden rep that deals with us is really friendly and knows her stuff, always offering the latest value for money items, and she goes above and beyond when we've needed emergency or out of hours deliveries, thanks and keep up the good work.
