Always found the staff here to be helpful, even going out of their way to deliver customer satisfaction. They are a busy service centre so parking can sometimes be sparse but so far no problems. The inside could do with a refresh as the couches are looking quite tired and stained but this is not a mark against what is a very friendly team.

Had good service from Jamie up until he had our money (and his commission). Then got absolutely no after service, when we had a few issues with the car Jamie did not want to know he did not call us back or reply to emails or even try to help us whatsoever. Was told the car had a full service but if it had then the faults that went wrong would not have happened and even a smashed fog light was missed. Overall I am really disappointed over the way we have been treated as all they want is a sale then they dont care after that so will not be recommending this garage to anybody neither will I be making any more future purchases! Thank you
Service and mot complete without fuss, friendly and helpful staff. More expensive than independent garages but being main dealers you get any recall and software updates dealt with.

Not totally sure these people know what they are doing, I knew which car I wanted it was the easiest sale ever, they never bothered to call or email when they said they would and after 8 weeks and no log book arriving I call the dvla to find out my car isn’t even registered to me as they haven’t send the form in....
Average customer service skills but very clean toilet. Tea on offer but No milk in sight....hmmmm
Receptionist so miserable I took my car in for a service she barely glanced up there was no offer of tea or coffee they had a sign up saying free wi fi so I tried to log in when it didn't work I asked her if it was working and she said probably not there was no offer to check if I had the right password I am clearly disabled and knew I had a long wait but I couldn't stand to be in their waiting room any longer so I called a cab and went to a nearby restaurant to get a hot drink I don't normally complain but that young lady is truly awful and I would not want her front of house dealing with my customers
Arrived for pre-arranged test drive, I was forgotten, salesman told me he'd been busy. Totally inept, he lost a sale.
