Great service station. Smart and clean. Fantastic farm shop products. Good covid precautions. Good parking and easy to navigate back onto M5 or fuel station. One of the best.

Level of service (no pun intended) is just amazing whenever I come here. The local products and produce sold here is fantastic. High quality and good prices. We took a detour just to come here from the Cotswold and was surprised at how well they have adapted during the pandemic. There are a few local alcohols which are sold here which cost so much more if you were to buy them online so great chance to stock up. Food here is also really good from the meals.to the cakes. Staff are super friendly and the facilities are clean to the point that I think the sink was sparkling??

Very clean, covid aware... very nice, almost felt out of place in my work scruffs. Break required, thus the stop. Toilets, cleanist I've seen! Must try Cumberland sausage roll, washed down with a cheeky latte, very nice... full of flavour. Keep up the good work.

I never thought in a million years I'd have a \favourite\ service station but here we are. Whenever one of my travels takes me past Gloucester, I make sure I stop of at Gloucester services. It's a family run, farm shop style service Station with the best local produce. They believe in charitable work and supporting local. They also have a lovely dog walking area for those with pets. Very stylish place. During the current situation with Covid19 they are following guidance extremely well, ensuring there is plenty of hand sanitiser available and social distancing is maintained. If I had 1 criticism for this service station, it would be that there is very little food choices for Vegetarian and Vegan diets. Otherwise, this place is great!
