Customer service is 2nd to none. From the minute I called them at very short notice I knew I wouldn't have a problem. Everyone went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone. It's a family run business and the staff treated it like their own business.
Very professional and friendly staff. Used the “man and a van” service to transport our belongings to the storage facility. Driver arrived promptly and helped ensure everything was secured in the van. Very efficient service, highly recommended. Storage facility is very clean, well lit and equipped with plenty of trolleys to make unloading easy! Best storage we’ve used!
Was bitterly disappointed with the level of service we ended up receiving over charges. Started with a two month commitment from me after a headline advertised offer of three months online from Lens (see image below). We ended up using all three months, but were held to full price in month three due to the fact we spoke about initially only needing two months, so we removed our stuff before another month arrived and was left very unhappy and felt as if we were held to ransom. Will be writing to trading standards at the start of next week to take this up as i feel if you advertise an offer you should honor it. We wont be back.
Friendly staff, easy access and use of trolleys to get goods to storage area. Simple and efficient. Honoured price match too.
