Really friendly staff and more important absolutely lovely food. This place also has a vegetarian selection on their menu you might not expect. Really looking forward to trying out more from the menu.

What a treat to the taste buds Istanbul is. I stopped here after hearing how good a kebab they offered an wanted to try one for myself. Well I wasnt disappointed, I opted for the lahmacun with doner an one with doner and mozzarella, unfortunately I wasnt feeding a family of four as this would have been plenty to go around. Every part was delicious an I can say without a shadow of a doubt I'll be going back for more. The staff are friendly an professional cooking everything fresh to order so not the slap dash experience of most \kebab\ shops. What I will say to anyone who hasn't tried the doner meat from Istanbul is just do it you wont regret it, its night and day compared to the other doner I've eaten. In my opinion 100% the best I've had in Glasgow

I ordered a mixed kebab from this place tonight let’s just say emptying a tin of dog food on a bread would have looked more appealing. The meat was rubbery and vile salad was not washed correctly either. Don’t wast your money there better places to eat than here

Very bland food. Meat not marinated and portions very small. Bulked up with salad. Pickles okay but need more flavour. Bread good. Bean side dish the blandest I have ever tasted. Need to up their game on flavour. Nowhere near authentic food at all.

Food is amazing. The Lahmacun is amazing and so huge that they roll it up! The Lamb Shish Kebab just melts in the mouth after being cooked over coal flames. Would recommend that everyone who like Turkish food or who hasn't tried it before, goes at least once! My first time was 3 days ago and we went again today. Love love love this place.
