Average experience but close to negative. Food was well looking but not that tasty as I expected. Kunefe was good and sweat. Honestly its my third time trying it and was nice. Adana kebab was average close to good. Salad - good looking but vegetables could be better. Staff was definitely looking tired and of course service was affected. A bit pricy for the quality of food, service and atmosphere. I would give them second chance .

It used to be very nice place with fresh meat but now every food is old and dry, quality is getting lower and lower with each visit. The home delivery is even worse. I will never go back there. The picture below is my last order - giozleme with beef sausage.. you can see for yourself how much sausage there is, also it was so dry I couldn't even cut it. Shame
I'm really in love with this place. The atmosphere is very good and the food is very very delicious and a lot.
Ordered cappucino but I get a coffee with milk. Coffee spoon was still dirty and tray contained emptied sugar satchel. To top things off the waiter takes the tip without asking (i.e. steals your money). These types of places should be out of business.
Bad service- I have order a dish (Adana) it should be with special Turkish bread but it was served with slice of bread! I have asked the waiter he just looked at me and after 2-3 minutes he brought a plate with 2 more slices of bread- even he did not apologies! Even there was no Lavash he could just explain and excuse but he did opposite! On second place de quality of the meat/food is not like before- higher price low quality! Personally I try 2-3 times to eat there and there will not be 4 TH!
We go every now and then and an year ago I would have given it 3-4 but now it's definitely 5. We ordered 3 different meals which were all delicious. The portions are quite big and you get plenty of food for the price. There is a separate space for smoking and you can even rent a shisha. Service is good. Card payments are accepted.
