I booked a marquee and due to government restrictions had to cancel. I paid a deposit on 7th sept then had to cancel on the 11th September. After numerous tx messages I have still not received my deposit despite being promised this would be credited to my account. We are now on 17th October which is unbelievable considering they have kept my money for over a month. The customer service is beyond words. My last two tx messages have been ignored. Be very cautious if using this company, I expect a load of abuse as the previous customer got after putting a negative review on. By very wary if you use this company. Customer service 0 out of 10

Didn't even bother communicating properly with me so have just cancelled my booking that probably wasn't even going to happen and went elsewhere Maybe try answering a phone. Edit...PLEASE NOTE...I did not actually write my email hastily I had in fact been trying for 2 days to communicate with this company..i am completely disgusted with the response to the email I sent after trying 25 times to call...in a follow up email I was told to \use my brain and send a text\ when I told them there was no answer phone message. I was never given a specific day for the gazebo going up \ wed or thur\ a deposit wasnt taken and I received no follow up communication. As it is my sons 18th in Friday I was becoming more and more and more concerned regarding the uncertainty of the 'booking ' The response I received is disgusting and I am happy to post my side of the conversation as I am transparent. Please please just be mindful if you decide to use this company because if you complain you will receive verbal abuse.
Our usual marquee company had a nasty fire and we were left without a marquee at the last minute! I was luck to find Crown Marquees. They did a great job with only 12 hrs notice. Tom, his dad and team could not have been anymore helpful.
Excellent service and really helpful. I didn't know what I needed or wanted and Tom advised me accordingly. Would totally recommend!! Thanks Tom and Fred
Used for a function for work and were first class. Great service, couldn't have helped any more. Full of useful suggestions for how we could improve our event. Will use again.
