Just bought my first guitar. I'm a total beginner, but Rob made me feel really at ease and we went through a load of looks, sounds and feel before my final choice. Really appreciated the time and effort Rob put into helping me to the right guitar and accessories. Great first step on this journey.

Really helpful staff, guiding me to what my kids need for their music lessons and helping me get the best for my budget. Kids have had music lessons there also, which were well organised.
Great shop. Got to be the best music shop in the country. The guys are always so helpful and friendly. They go out of thier way to help out and advise you on the best instrument/equipment for you. Highly recommended.
A great place to get what you need. The level of customer service is exceptional, from friendly and professional staff. The shop itself is packed to the gunwales, and is not over priced.
Didn't have the lead I needed but managed to buy something I could use. Paid a bit more than I thought I should only because of my choice of product. Staff helpful.
