Called them several times for what I believe is an easy win case since they dealt with Ducati and now I'm experiencing the same issue. I've called and called with no response. Left several messages along with filling out their online form. No responses warrant a 1 star review. It's a shame I have to resort to such actions in order for them to contact me like another reviewer had to do.

This law firm handled the class action lawsuit against Hyundai (Engine Failure). Unfortunately, I didn't get the engine replacement for even after Hyundai sent me an email saying that affected vehicles are eligible for necessary repairs under the campaign regardless of mileage. (See pic). Hyundai said that I missed the December 27th deadline, when the date on their response clearly says July 11th. I requested help from them in July 2016. I was also told that I was over the mileage. I was told something different every time that I called Hyundai, so I gave up. The law office was very helpful and answered all of my questions. They gave me numbers to call and advice. Sadly, Hyundai still refused to repair my engine. SMH

LAZY COMPANY! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!! Left email and phone messages regarding a class action I wanted to discuss with no calls or replies back. No live person to answer phones. Seems like this firm doesn't want to be bothered. Shame on you for your lack of professionalism.

Your law group did a horrible job on the recent Behr DeckOver Class Action Settlement with the deadline to file just closing. I got a Postcard to file. I had an original receipt buying the product back in 2016. The product wrecked my deck, had to pay to build a complete new deck. I went to the appropriate website to file a claim,uploaded proof. But the website kept kicking back,preventing me to file. I tried in November, December, and January before the deadline. I tried calling many times and all i got was a prerecorded message with no possibility to talk to a live person.I emailed and got an automated letter back. Shame on your group for being so Incompetent.
