We were in a very dire situation with a family member having just been diagnosed with skin cancer and needing immediate care and health insurance and Eric made everything happen in less than 24 hours! I found Eric probably 18 years ago after having a horrible experience with a different insurance agent, and I've never looked back. Eric is personable, truly interested in what is going on in your life, will spend a great deal of time on the phone with you, answering any and all questions and even just chatting to find out what's new. Truly, he is more like a friend. We use his services for every ounce of insurance we need (car, house, health, etc.). He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of insurance, quickly responsive, never rushes you off the phone and will email back and forth if that's your preference. If I ever move away from California, it will be near impossible to obtain this quality of business acumen elsewhere.
