I've ordered pickup from them twice in about 30 days. The food is decent, but both times I was horrified to see that NONE of the workers--not a single one--were masked properly. They either had their masks under their chins, or no mask at all. And definitely no gloves. I see similar complaints from months ago. Why is this still a problem? Didn't the owner promise to address it? I won't be back. There are many safer options.

Bad customer service over the phone when I placed my order,the lady was not friendly and kept cutting me off. Ordered the grilled chicken wrap and a cheeseburger deluxe. The menu online indicated the chicken was spicy. Picked up my food went home to eat. The chicken was very bland meaning no taste what so ever literally. Fries were cold which I expected because I wasn’t told how long the wait time would be to pick up my food. And to top it off I found a short straight black hair imbedded in my fries. First and last time eating here. My mom threw her burger away as well...she lost her appetite once we saw the hair in my fries. Total amount spent 21 super disappointed because right now with the pandemic going on, I don’t have 21 to waste and wanted to try this restaurant because it’s a local business.

I ordered food from here, the food came after 1 hour & 25 minutes, food was beyond cold. Called them the owner apppolize & stated he will give me a credit, but what he forgot is that prior to this order he already owed me a credit from.a previous order that he did not honor... They most definitely will not be getting anymore of my money

The secrets are their salads. Huge! And fresh. Grilled chicken breast. And the woman on the phone taking orders is very kind other fast food places need to learn from her.

I have patronize this establishment for more than 20 years. Throughout the years I've typically walked in placed an order and have been completely satisfied with the food and service. But, on those occasions in which I've called in orders over the phone, I've experienced incorrect orders, multiple orders placed when I've canceled call ins and resorted to ordering online, and Mix-Ups with the orders. The menu selection is excellent , the food taste superb , and the staff is for and a half str.

Ordered thru grubhub and food was awesome ...then ordered over phone directly and it seemed like I got something left over and reheated! Cheese steak was near empty and fries were over salted and very dry paid over 30 dollars for total order. Wont be ordering again anytime soon. Tried to support locally
