Pleasurable experience with a known sales representative, Mr. Darryl Smith, who made sure I was comfortable with every step of the purchase transaction of the GV80 suv. This is not my first purchase at this dealership, the patience, concern, and insurance that I was clear on the entire process, has stayed the same since day one, which was years ago..!!!!!!!!! The above statement also applies to the excellent service dept..!!!!!!!!!

My experience with Conicelli is poor. The salesperson at purchase had little knowledge of car operation which I had to discover myself over time. 5 Times the concierge did not show up for service as scheduled. An inspection included in the sales price was not given. Lastly, had two tires go bad (first a sidewall blowout, second bubbles on sidewall), each with less than 6k driving. Although the tires had warranties these were ignored by this dealer; I had to pay for the first replacement and refused to buy the second tire from them and instead purchased a tire elsewhere for 200 kess.

I have serviced my Genesis G80 Sport at a local competitor (Genesis of Doylestown) before, and the service that I received from Sharon and Genesis of Conshohocken has far surpassed my expectations.
