A nice discovery, pretty much worth for the money as there is quite a lot to see (5). Not only around the General Patton. They are renovating the outside to be ready for the remembrance day in septembre 2019. Presence of a large variety of items they found digging in the country.

A must see a great general
Very good! Tells and interesting story. If you have the Luxembourg Card it is free entry. It is a quick walk from the train / bus station. On your way to Vianden. It isn't full of tourists.
Small but good displays
Lovingly maintained memorial museum of General George S. Patton Jr. Photos, sculpture, lots of weapons, uniforms, artifacts, lots of personal items, mementos, postcards, letters. Also exhibits on the liberation of Ettelbruck and Luxembourg, aircraft relics and artifacts. Parking available.
The museum is dedicated to the American general Patton, the commander of the 3th Army, that liberated the city of Ettelbruck (Luxemburg) December 25th, 1944. In the museum, more than 1000 pictures are positioned to take a look at. They will tell you the story ever since the German occupation in 1940 until the American liberation in 1944. The other two parts of the museum, give you a clear vision on the weapons used by both countries and the aerial warfare that took place in and above Luxemburg.
Mostly (war related) scrap metal.
