The representative didn't came for test drive but it is filled on system that test drive is done and expecting feedback from me. That's how Ford representative handling the customers. I think they have already taken the decision that no one should buy Ford car. Great job by Ford team. Good luck Ford Company.

I rate this showroom for bad service given by Mr Basuki... We recently bot a new eco sports car... I visited the showroom for the number plate... I inquired to him about some problems with the car... But this guy was least interested in listening to it..left it unattended ... Bad experience

Bad after sale services. I have been denied the complementary car cover and wheel cover that was promised at the time of the booking. After the objection, they wrote it on a letterhead that they will provide the items within 3-7 days. It's been 4 months since then, all they provide is fake assurance, stop picking up calls and ignoring text messages. Attached is the screenshot of letterhead.
