We got back more birds then we sent, which is a problem when your selling organic birds. The labeling on the chickens where coming off, our farm name was not capitalized,and labeling was mangled and some didn’t even have any. Are order was cut wrong, but I will say they did fix it after charging us more for their mess up. All in all this place is not where I would ever recommend taking birds.

Great experience, the meat was cut and packaged nicely. Would recommend their service. They take pride in their work and customer service is wonderful.
Used them 3 times for 150 batch birds over 2020. We spoke and they added a processing date for 300 chickens at the end of their season for us. We ordered the chics in advance and they called 2 weeks before our butcher appointment to cancel because they were switching to turkeys leaving us with no processor. Incredibly disappointing as they didn't care at all about the position they put us in. Will not use them.
I had thousands of dollars worth of meat come back to me in bags. The labels were pealing off. I did not receive a manifest of how many birds were slaughtered or how many of each cut there were. They were extremely difficult to get a hold of. We were told to be there the next day to pick up, we live 3 hours away and made arrangements to be there 2 days later we were half way there when we received a call say that they were not finished processing so we wasted a trip and a few hundred dollars in wages and fuel just to have to go back a few days later. I do appreciate them being able to slaughter our birds but man they need better communication for sure and boxes. We have delt with slaughter houses for many years now and I was employed by one for some time and I have never ever heard of meat going out the door in bags.
Excellent, had chickens and turkeys processed. They were very helpful, and we are very pleased with the shrink bags the birds were put in. We will be back and will be happy to recommend ANCO to others. A butchering for poultry.
