Been going here since I was but a boy. I've seen staff come and go, and I don't think they've ever had anything but exceptionally wonderful, friendly, friendly and encouraging people. I love that the staff have always made an effort to get to know the customers. It's like visiting friends who sell plastic crack!
Great atmosphere in the shop, so friendly to new people too.
Visited this morning to buy paint and to check the specific wording of a rule (sadly I didn't happen to have my copy of the rules with me). I was met with a polite enough greeting which progressed to the staff member quite abruptly saying that I was wrong and that I was not using common sense. I found his attitude to be condescending and left feeling belittled for even having had the idea to check exact wording of a rule. Safe to say I shall be actively avoiding this store in future. Unfortunate considering I used to visit often as a child and had very fond memories of the place.
