Sales experience: My wife and I were looking to have John Sang order a new crossover for us. I began communicating with them via email. They did not contact me back. I had to call them to begin the process. Once I spoke about the car we needed ordered we were given a price and cash due at signing. When I asked for a breakdown of how the cash was distributed I was told to get in contact with the sales manager. I was never contacted back. If you want to purchase a new vehicle you will have to work for it. Customer service is nonexistent. Lincoln service dept. I have a Lincoln MKZ that I had lost the door entry code to. I knew I needed to provide the dealership with proof of ownership before I could schedule an appointment to be given the code. I took my title and went into the service department and requested to schedule an appointment. The guy asked what I needed an appointment for: I told him about my door code issue. I was informed he wouldn’t schedule me for anything because I didn’t have my title “so he assumed” I informed him I did have the title he then told me I would need to come back some other time to schedule because he was too busy. No effort to take my contact information was made. Once again if you wish to have a service provided you must work to get them to do anything for you. Overall John Sang has been a disappointment to me.

Watch buying any used cars from here they will mislead you in thinking you have warranty coverage when they know any and all factory warranty is no longer valid. Then when you have issues with the vehicle within weeks of purchasing it they no longer want to work with you to keep you a satisfied customer. They made their money and that is all they care about. Management is always busy when it comes time to handle issues with a vehicle.
