We picked up our 2021 Lance 865 yesterday from Galaxy Campers in Ontario California. Miguel and David are the best. We drove from Denver CO to do business with these guys. This is not your typical dealer. They treat you so well it feels like you are getting helped by family. I have purchased a few Campers in the past but this experience was top notch. I highly recommend Galaxy Campers to anyone that needs a new or used Lance or service work.

These guys are legit! David and Steven quickly fitted my F350 with truckcamper tie downs, and helped me source the parts for it. David shared plenty his invaluable knowledge on the Lance campers which is going to help us refurbish the older model we recently brought. Finally they sent me on my way with a free set of roof struts just so I don’t have to risk driving back to Ontario if mine aren’t the right size! If that’s not worth 5 ️‘s then what is. Awesome service and I’ll definitely return if I need help in the future.
Great business. We are on the road for a trip with a rented Lance trailer and a toddler. We had an issue with slide out and David and his crew were so unbelievably friendly and really cared about getting us back on the road quickly and safely. They took the time to explain the underlying issue and to offer a solution. Repair was super quick. Everyone was so friendly and had so much integrity. I bought a 2012 Lance 865 sight unseen from Miguel at galaxy campers based on all the positive reviews for Galaxy Campers. Miguel organized shipping, told me the two things that needed fixing and ordered the parts required to fix them. These parts were back ordered because of covid and Miguel had them sent directly to my house. At every step Miguel was completely honest, helpful and followed through on everything he promised.
If you are in the market for products this group offers, go to them. I have had positive experiences EVERY time I've either called or visited. They are experienced, patient with questions, helpful on the phone and very pleasant to talk to. No pressure sales. This outfit is a breath of fresh air.
