I called Galaxy to have a technician come to fix my central vac. Joe the manager, sent Victor the technician. Victor came in time, in protective gear (mask, glove, covered shoes) in order to conform with the Covid 19 crisis recommendation . That to me, meant a lot. Victor figured out the issue and fixed it in a very short time. Great people and excellent service. I highly recommend Galaxie!
