We have only been working with Custard for a short period of time, but so far I cannot fault the Custard team. They have been friendly, professional and helpful from the very beginning and are always on hand for a chat if we have any queries. The way they work is extremely transparent - no messages going back and forth with your account manager as the middle man - instead we're given the opportunity to speak with the experts directly, so we're able to truly understand the work they're doing and have our questions answered knowledgeably. Their team all seem to work together really efficiently and the communication with our team is equally great. Nothing is too much trouble, no question is too stupid and despite the short period of time, they do feel more like an extension of our own team than an external agency.
