Krista Mann reviewed Ta-Ke Sushi Restaurant
I was craving Tatsu Ta-Ke Sushi but their wait was nearly two hours. Instead, I checked yelp and came across SHIN Ta-Ke Sushi. Wow! Not only is the Ta-Ke Sushi good, but I highly recommend the pesto and Los Angeles, CA fried. Be sure to ask for a marker to write your name on the wall

Best spaghetti I can remember. It’s been so long since I’ve had homemade spaghetti sauce, I think it’s been since my mother was alive.
The sauce had been slow cooked, for hours, cooking that raw “tangy” taste the sauce has when one merely opens a can of tomato sauce, dumps in, warms it up and serves it. That ain’t what happened here. It also had the full, well rounded flavor, like when one uses a variety of tomato products, like can stewed tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, tomato sauce and pasta. Then you gotta cook that, simmering it to meld the flavors together, and to get it to caramelize. It was yummy!
There was fresh Parmesan cheese at the table, and a large pat of butter.
They gave me a homemade roll that is made daily. It was very different from anything I’ve ever had. Very nice. These people really care about the product that they put out. Very nice experience, indeed.
