I trusted it to Furniture Doctor 3 and the finished product blew me away. It absolutely looks like it is brand new again. I can't stop walking into the room to look at it and sit in it. Thank you for restoring a family heirloom to it's past glory! On the other side, I was concerned we might be too far, but that was not an issue at all. The crew was responsive enough that it took the right amount of time to do the job right with beautiful results.

He started off wonderful. However with time never showed up three times on scheduled dates to pick up furniture without even calling most times. Did not answer text messages or phone calls for weeks. Tried To have a loose chair arm that was broken fixed and come to fine after paying him that it was never glued on on the dowel and was again Loose and had to be repaired the second time. Tried to have furniture drawer handles fixed and he spray-painted brass with a mat color instead of them being shiny like they were before he did that without my permission And he destroyed the finish now. Then he initially denied spray painting them but when I showed him the other handles it was clear that now they were totally different looking. You could see the spray paint on the back of the handle. He did refund me my money though when I told him I did not get 70 worth of handle work for only two handles. And did a lousy job fixing them. I would not use this person. He is very undependable I don’t know what’s going on right now with them but I am pleased to be rid of him and I will have to go to a different person to fix all the other items I did not want to ask him to be involved in anymore I cut the cord.I know in the beginning he seems fine something is happened with him now as he blows people off and not Showing up three times is inexcusable to me and unprofessional. Do not use these people I don’t know what his problem is now but he’s initially very impressive but after that things go bad.
