I went in to have the oil changed in my vehicle which I had purchased when this dealership was Shenandoah Ford. I always had very good service from them and was quite pleased. When I went in on Tuesday to have oil changed, I mentioned to the person at the desk that the rear passenger window would only go down a little at a time. He asked me if I would like for them to check it, that it might just be the switch. So I said yes, I was not advised that there would be a charge for them to do this service. This person comes out with a quote on having it fixed of 700.00. I told him o\. When I was advised that my car was ready and I went to pay for my oil change, I was told the bill was 180.00. I asked did they charge me to look at the window and I was advised that they did. They charged me 125.00 to tell me that it would cost me 700.00 to have it fixed. My car is a 2014 Ford Fusion. Carfax says it is valued at 3,200.00. The guy told me if I came back in to have it fixed they would deduct that amount from the total. I told his I would not be putting that kind of money in a door on a car valued at 3,200.00. I contacted another full service garage and was advised that parts and labor to fix it would be 279.00. I would like to advise Front Royal Ford to enjoy my 180.00 because they will not be getting any more from me. I see now they are ripping off customers.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing through Front Royal Ford. The employees are amazing and the customer service is unlike anything I have experienced, in the best way, from a dealership. Destiny did a superb job working with me on the purchase. It was a no hassle purchase and they were happy to work with timelines that I had to make it work. Financing was a breeze and they have a ton of options. I would highly recommend Front Royal Ford, it was honestly the best dealership experience I have ever had. Thanks again for getting me into my dream Truck! :D

Fair treatment, courtesy, follow through on promises. One of the more pleasant truck buying experiences I have had. I went armed for battle like I usually do but it wasn't necessary. We conducted an adult calm negotiation with a positive outcome. Very pleased so far.

Great place to buy your new Ford. Look for Johnny Squire when you get there. He was easy to work with, knowledgeable about the vehicle I bought, and honest about what to expect with the buying process as well as helping me clean out my old vehicle I traded in (even helping me remove the toolbox and lifting it over into the bed of my new truck). He even went the extra mile by personally making sure the rims on my 2020 F-350 were spotless when I came back in for the detail application a couple weeks after I purchased it. Definitely recommend Front Royal Ford to all shopping for a new or used vehicle. I genuinely believe Ford is building the best vehicles on the road!

I just spent 1700 dollars getting a repair performed on a 2000 Ford Taurus Wagon. While I can say the vehicle is running, it wasn't until to day (a week after getting it back) that the family member using the car tells me they see a spot on the ground. I go looking and what do I find? The transmission fluid dipstick, which I requested they do something about popped up again, and so the \spot\ on the ground was in fact Tranny Fluid. Its while I'm looking at that, I see that my Air Intake box cover is not clamped down, and then I see that one side is missing a bolt! I was charged 60 dollars for a 12 inch piece of generic hose and 2 clamps to repair the broken windshield washer line which, while I can say there's a cost of labor involved, the total expenditure should have been no more than 5 minutes, much less so 15 if they charged by the minimum of 1/4 hours .. so does that mean they are charging 200/hr ? (giving them 10 dollars for parts takes the 60 to just 50 for labor.. exorbitant still!) Lastly ... and while partly due to weather, it took them just over 3 weeks to get the work done (replace upper header 300 900 for fuel pump) It makes me wonder why people would bring cars to this place if not under a warranty. its obvious the attention to detail just isn't there 100% of the time. Your mileage may vary, and this same dealer some 9 years ago (? approx) did some work on the same car that was done rather well .. I guess either the managers don't do enough spot checking or even any spot checking any more. See attached photo
