As someone who is a bit overweight and not in the best shape I was so terrified to get into silks. I’ve been taking private classes with Emma since September and while my progress is slow and steady I feel stronger and more empowered after each class. She is so patient and encouraging and I am so thankful for her. No matter where you are with your body you can take these classes and discover that nothing is impossible and giving up is easier than putting in the work. I’m finally comfortable enough to start taking group classes and now have my own home set up. This experience has changed me in so many ways, I highly recommend altitude and now even my friends are going to take classes with me! ️

This place will literally change your life. I’ve been a gym rat my whole life and it just got boring so I came here to spice things up and I haven’t looked back. The owner, Tricia, is the kindest person you will ever meet. She treats every single person like they are special and she makes you feel comfortable in a very intimating (your first time) environment. I mean you walk in and see these things hanging from the ceiling and you are like oh my goodness what did I get myself into! But they make you feel welcome and everyone is so supportive. I finally found my people. No one judges and there are no cliques everyone just cheers you on ️ Not to mention you’re having a blast while you’re getting in the best shape of your life! I’m so very thankful for Altitude!!!! ️ Love you guys!

I have 2 daughters (16 and 20) who love to take classes here. They have both gained impressive skills and strength; more importantly, they feel comfortable and happy here. As far as I can tell (and I've been monitoring for years), the instructors are all fabulous, and the owner (Tricia) runs the studio the right way-- treating customers well and fostering an environment of mutual respect for all. Top kudos to Altitude Frisco! :-)

My home away from home. As many others have shared, the studio is a warm and welcome community with outstanding instructors. This past year, I expanded my repertoire and now take Silks and Lyra in additional to aerial yoga and hammock. I love my increased strength and fitness. It's fun and challenging.
