Not a shopper so truck shopping isn't something I looked forward too. Went to Fresh Rides and Abby showed us a few we liked. Test drove 2 of them and ended up buying one of those! They made the process easy and painless. Worked with us while we got financing. Love the truck. Will definitely be repeat customers!

Called in after I looked at FR website. I was greeted by Sheryl. I took a F350 for a test drive and while I was on the ride Sheryl called to get me back to the office before closing. I went through Finace and advised Sheryl about some issue with the truck she assured me it would get looked at by the shop. I paid the deposit and she warned me if I told the Bank about the issues I would not receive my deposit back. So I was stuck! Let’s remember Sheryl said she would get the issues fixed. I left my truck for a week and it never got looked at it was sitting in the same spot. I took a Mechanic with me and he pointed out the issues to Sheryl and she just blamed everything on the mechanics. Sheryl said she had me on the schedule after I repeatedly called her cell phone After the bank cleared the she blocked me. So I was on my own and the engine needed 5,500 worth of work and not to mention the ball joints were rotted out ! My Kids and I could of been killed !! And come to find out my truck had a huge insurance claim on it. Thanks liar, liar You have an excuse for everything. I would not recommend Fresh Rides Inc. The trucks look pretty, but look underneath. Buyer Beware***
We bought a Ram 3500 dually for pulling an RV. We took it to a shop after purchasing and found some huge issues, including very loose ball joints. This issue would have definitely caused a bad accident. They said it's not covered by the service warranty because \ball joints just need to be replaced sometimes.\ So apparently they don't have mechanics look at the vehicle. This wasn't the only issue...fuses and a battery cable needed replacing, one of the batteries was completely dead, a couple of random parts missing from the interior. I tried to have a 5th wheel hitch installed and was told that due to a lot of hidden damage that it wasn't safe to install that, either. They don't tell you anything about the vehicle. So, if I hadn't brought this to a shop, it possibly would have killed my family. But they don't cover things like that, so it's fine.
the best car buying experience. no pressure and no hassles. bought the truck I wanted and got a very fair trade value for my truck. In and out in less than 3 hours. had a squeal in the blower motor took it back the following weekend and they replace the motor at no cost to me. Thanks Abby
Great place, great selection of trucks and helpful sales staff. Both trucks I've bought from Fresh Rides have been gnarly trucks!!! Will only buy from this dealership.
