Always the best experience and expertise! Freedom staff is very friendly and accommodating! No pressure sales, excellent service department and always the best deal. The General Sales Manager, Mike, is the best and will do whatever he can to make your experience great! We have purchased 17 vehicles from him over the years and he has never steered us wrong! I really, REALLY wish i could give a better review, but heres where im at. I bought a car \as is\ that i had to fix (which im not complaining about having to fix it myself i knew it was a risk). So anyway, I get messages a picture of the paper they have and a phone call from a manager where I told that they instead of me oweing them money they owed me almist 500 dollars. So i ordered all the parts then get told I actually owe them (this is over a werk later). Mike has been an amazing help through this fiasco and Travis in finance was pretty cool too. I think the biggest problem with Freedom Ford is the communication not only between employee to customer( being it took me over a week to get ahold of a sales person to help me in the first place) but employee to employee or \office to sales\. Other than the miscommunication on their behalf which im ultimately paying for not only financially, but personally with my fiance in postpartum stressing out I really did like working with the guys at Freedom. Thats why im in the middle here on my review. I dont want to trash them or bash like some of the comments here, because they dont deserve it. Just giving a genuine review

We took advantage of a financing promotion which she explained fully and honestly so that we were comfortable with our purchase. We also purchased the warranty she offered us as it provided peace of mind and fit well within our budget. We are very happy with our brand new 2019 Ford Escape Titanium and we will certainly be returning to Freedom Ford for our next vehicle purchase.
