They were able to fit me in quickly and get my furnace repaired in no time. I came back a second time and they properly diagnosed an electrical short in 15 minutes, after i spent probably 15 hours and 3 other shops unsuccessfully diagnosing it. Highly recommend!

I recently had some electrical problems with my motorhome which I could not figure out. I called Fred's about getting a time to come in and the young lady told me that they would have room for me the next day. I was there when they opened. I really expected that I would need to leave my motorhome for the repairs. But right away I was assigned a young tech, (Anthony) and he began troubleshooting and in less that an hour was finished. I asked how much I owed and the owner said we really did not do anything much so he did not want to charge me anything. I asked if I could compensate Anthony and he said that would be fine if I wanted to do that. These folks treated me with honesty and respect and I highly recommend them if you are in the area and need service work. They are just good, honest, hardworking people and it is good to find there are these kind of folks in the RV repair business.
Took my 5th Wheel to him. He didn't send what the insurance needed. I had to send my own pics..he never sent them...then refused to work on my camper until I gave him to total payment before he started. Then told me, \if you don't like the way I do things you can just come and get your camper\....and then hung up on me. I had never paid for service before it was done. I was willing to pay for parts up front but not the total bill....

This was my second time getting repairs done at Fred's RV and it won't be my last. I'm on the road a lot with my trailer and I plan to make Waycross and the beautiful Laura S. Walker State Park a regular pitstop. Visiting Fred, Andy and others will be part of my maintenance plan. The level of excellence, service and expertise is beyond beyond. My mind is so at ease knowing they looked over everything. And the price I was charged for all this was way too low. What a joy to visit this wonderfully cluttered place full of RV repair treasures and pride of workmanship!
