It was truly an online experience. I entered my information online about the storage size I would need. It was calculated on the fly and I was able to book everything without calling or seeing anyone in person. I received a phone call next day with required documentation which could be sent electronically with electronic signatures. On the day of my move, I used the given code to me to enter the storage area and my found my storage easily with already sent map of the place. Their system was very easy to use. This was the best storage place experience I had. Oh, Heather was also very helpful. She even took a phone call from me on a Saturday evening without an issue. Thanks for contactless experience during these hard times.
We called and received excellent service from "Greta". She searched and found two possible storage sites and I was able to pick the one preferred. My storage need was last minute and quickly my needs were met. Thank you.
Apple Storage was great while I was there. I had no difficulties with setting up a unit with them and I could pay through etransfer which made my life so much easier!
Our experience has been excellent! The ladies made booking a unit from across the country completely simple and even took care of supervising our movers while we were still in Manitoba. Very friendly and helpful service!

This is the best place in Fredericton for students, hands down. The owners have large shared lockers set aside for a much lower rate than anywhere else. These lockers are solid, clean, and safe, and they monitor, in person, who takes what from the shared access. 10/10
