ENTIRELY UNREACHABLE - APPARENTLY TRYING NOT TO HONOUR THE GUARANTEE. PLEASE RESPOND. Constantly ignored phone calls and e-mails for months now. Even hung up on me. *I purchased a used camper here exactly 1 year ago. Upon leaving Niese, it was immediately clear the handbrake was not working - cost us an extra few hours to repair. Within 1 day we noticed that the entire gas heating system (air & water) was not working (very, very cold in winter), among a CONSTANT SLEU of other more superficial problems. Managed to get 1 appointment to fix the car, where they handled ONLY the superficial problems, NOT the heating for example... and it became immediately clear that the GEAR SHIFT had been broken (they said they took apart and oiled it). PLEASE RESPOND AND HONOUR THIS APPOINTMENT. It is only wasted time and money until now and I still have no vehicle I paid for!

Habe eine Plane bestellt und die dazugehörigen Ösen am Anhänger montieren lassen, was zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt wurde, auch der Service ist okay. Vielen Dank
Ehrlich ist was anderes...sind nach Termin Vereinbarung extra 500km zu anschauen hingefahren. Alles bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten hat gepasst und angeblich war er für uns reserviert, wollte sich nach dem Wochenende wieder melden. ÜBERRASCHUNG am Montag, er hat Ihn am Wochenende entgegen der Absprache an einen Händler verkauft... Wow!
Ich möchte mich herzlichst für die kompetente und freundliche Beratung bedanken. Schöne Gebrauchte im Angebot, da sollte für jeden Geschmack was zu finden sein.
