Clutch went on my old car a couple of miles away. Frank arranged for its recovery at a reasonable price and sorted out the work within a few days. Can't ask for any better really. Just an honest job done right for a reasonable price.

Amazing and friendly service from everyone, could not fault, Considering Arnold Clark have 4 garages In Dundee they said it would be 2 days wait for 1tyre!!! These guys had it done in 5 minutes definently know where I'm going for all my servicing needs from now on many thanks to Frank's!

Been there once, but it was enough. The customer service is appalling. The issue the car had needed to be communicated to the insurance company before authorizing the repair and despite me explaining that they had to speak with the insurers they did not listen and kept saying that they were very busy to start making calls. So I had to walk there again, phone the insurers and pass the phone to the reception. Frank is pretty obnoxious and doesn't care or pay much attention when you are speaking to him. Before the repair was finished I called to ask them to do some extra checks and ended up with him hanging up before me finishing the last sentence. Also, not quite as reasonable prices as others have mentioned.

My daughter went in for an exhaust repair, was done fast and very good price. When she left didn't get 100 yards from the workshop and her car broke down (NOT related in any way to the exhaust job). I called Franks they told me no problem leave the car where it is, drop the keys and they would take care of it. Next day it was sorted. Very helpful friendly staff. Will use for all car stuff from now on
