I have been in the market looking for my first car for a few months now. I finally found a Chevy Equinox online that looked like a great deal. I've been to visit a few other dealerships after seeing a good deal online and was disappointed in real life. Going to Frank Leta Acura was the best decision I could have made. Not only was the car as advertised and a great deal but the customer service was truly outstanding! Aaron Mead was so easy to work with. He made the entire process easily understandable and welcomed all of my questions. He made my boyfriend and I feel comfortable throughout the entire process and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Then when it came time to work with the finance department, Jessica Wester was just as fantastic to work with. She was incredibly patient and kind! I highly recommend going here because it is truly not your typical dealership, you can tell that they care about each and every customer here. I noticed the gas tank was low during our test drive and went to fuel up after my purchase to find that they had already filled the tank. I left with a full tank and a full heart. My wife and I were looking to purchase a used Acura for a while after we had read the great reviews on this luxury line of cars. We went to Frank Leta dealership because they had great reviews and were offering (on new cars) an additional dealership lifetime warranty and 0% interest on a purchase. They did not disappoint! Kevin Baker (our sales associate) was very informative about the car and all the dealer perks and promotions that went with it. He was a good listener and not overly aggressive. Most importantly, he found us our perfect car match up! We left purchasing a new 2021 ILX. Ryan got an A.This definitely didn't feel like buying a car. I have MS and have specific needs, Ryan made it easier than buying shoes. The price was awesome. The atmosphere is laid-back and the sales staff is so chill and polite. I am so happy.
