Framptons was our first point of call in view to purchasing our gas fire . On arrival we were met by a very nice gentleman who took us around the showroom to advice us on fire etc . He spent a lot of time with us explaining the pro and cons of our chosen gas fire. A appointment was made to access the work at home and that needed to be carried and also priced. From that point it was a complete waste of time. No show from anyone. We came home early from our weekend away to ensure we were at home. Zero communication and failed to turn up at the planned appointment, with no phone call to say to reschedule or a apology. We had to call the office ourselfs in the morning to remind them of the appointment that no one had shown up. The lovely man on the phone couldn’t apologise enough however stated that it maybe due to a mechanical issue with a van this was the reason for no visit. . So to cut a long story short we didn’t use this company. Appears very unorganised. Sorry Framptons.

Great place to find your loving log burner

Only called to get advice on a smokey multifuel. Very friendly chap gave up his time to go into detail of how to try and prevent it. The domestic blowlamp and thin kindling did the trick on the cold chimney. No sales talk of any kind. Thanks.
