Rented from them awhile back at Rocky Court...lovely pine walls & floor but KPM took that over. Dan was very polite &went out of his way to help. SINCE WHEN DID CUT-UP OLD FORMERLY BEAUTIFUL HOMES BECOME &500.00 WORTH OF PLYWOOD A MONTH????! COME ON KIRKSVILLE.....NOT EVERYONE'S GOT DADDY & MOMMY PAYING FOR A CAP & GOWN!!!

I don't know what's going on here, but it's kind of scary. These people are full of duplicity and deceitfulness. I booked an appointment to look at a house, but when the time came to see it, the guy tried to switch in a different home on me. They proceeded to insult me and to say that we were never meant to look at the home they agreed to show me, even though I have written evidence proving otherwise. It was very odd. Their behavior was not normal. They are crooked as a corkscrew!
