Similar to other reviews, I say with confidence that this was the best experience I have had when getting my blood drawn. Other reviews are absolutely right! Cynthia is amazing! Super friendly and hilarious. Normally I get lightheaded and anxious but she took the anxiety right away! I also interacted with two other staff members, both of which were also very friendly. I definitely recommend!

I made an appointment online. I received an email confirmation of my appointment. I showed up 15 minutes early only to find that the front and rear doors of the building were locked. I tried calling but no one answered and I received a message that I could not leave a message with them because their voicemail had not yet been set up. I walked around the building in the freezing rain for about 20 minutes trying to find a way inside before finally giving up and leaving.

I’ve been having blood drawn annually for 26 years and not once had I ever made it through without passing out/feeling anxious. Cynthia put all those nerves away and did a fantastic job. I’ll return anytime with her warm care and wonderful personality. Thank you!
