i am currently a resident of The Pointe. The staff members are great. Yet, i'm here to tell you what i experienced on 1/17/2021. Coming home from dinner, i hear a loud commotion in the lobby. i see a bunch of kids running out and getting into a car in the guest parking & speeding away. This property management really should start taking complaints seriously. Just take a look at the negative reviews. I didn't want to believe it but its true. I am concerned for the safety of my family. Please take action. Security camera and/or security personal patrolling the property & not only guarding amazon packages.

The tenants are so loud, disrespectful, they leave their door open when they are cooking, leave their garbage on the floor with a broken bag. Building smells disgusting. Management clean it well, but it never stays clean due to disrespectful tenants.
Cheaply made apartment! Basically you can hear the noises of the washer, dryer, tv, etc. from your neighbors. The worst is the neighbors upstairs stump.
This place is really the worst. The quality of service and the neighbors are really bad for the expensive rent. Package a lot of things are gone, the noise and the smell of marijuana... Asking to fix a broken house takes a lot of time
