Today a technician came out to my home, I was called before he showed up and when he arrived he greeted me and told me his name and started to explain what he was here to do. He was professional. Although he have to come back to install my new door lock I still gave them five stars, this technician really came and performed his job correctly. I have high confidence that I'll be satisfied with the services from Ft Knox Security. I'm glad I decided to go with their company and for the security package I have the price is right. I look forward to Ft Knox helping to keep me and my property safe.
We made the decision to switch alarm companies after several years with another provider. We were a little apprehensive about changing services until our Installation Technician Jesse arrived. Jesse was extremely knowledgeable and professional the entire time of the visit. He made sure we were aware of all of our options and provided unique solutions to our installation.
