This was the first company to fully explain the process to me and my family when taking in a foster child. Ms Carr was great she took extra time out for reminders and checkups. Our daughter received the best care and support on court visits as well. Overall great adoption agency.

Even during the pandemic she made the adoption process a breeze. She truly cares about her family’s she works with. I have a forever friend in her.

My experience was exceptional. Largely due to the constant unwavering support of Ms. Manessa Carr. She laid out the steps to adoption and walk me through each one. There were highs and lows. The pandemic being a major low. When everything shut down, she maneuvered her way around, and she did it without falter. When all was said and done I felt she lived the Milestones, frustrations, the Jubilation of the adoption with me. Even now, they continue to go above and beyond by affording me a wealth of post adoption resources and support groups. I am forever thankful.
