You guys reply to these reviews faster than our maintenance requests. Our landlord is a great guy and great landlord. He always addressed our issues and didn’t even know about them when he did his check ups, even after our maintenance requests. If it was the landlord managing this property, the lease would have been renewed instantly. Landlord is a pretty cool guy and friendly guy.
Mizrentals is an awesome company to work with. They're very prompt with responding to questions or concerns and are very friendly. The process for renting was really fast and convenient. I would definitely recommend renting through this company if you have the chance.
MizRentals Inc is a very professional team, extremely knowledgeable and a responsive company that handles requests promptly. What stood out was that they were not just professional but also very friendly. The houses are furnished with upgraded appliances and modern furniture. It’s clear they put a lot of passion into their homes and definitely love what they do. 5 stars, I highly recommend.
I am a tenant of Miz rentals. If I could give them 100 stars I definitely would in a heart beat. Let me list out a couple reasons for my decision. - They are quick to respond - Super friendly people - On top of everything - Whatever issues or concerns we have they are on top of it - They are ABSOLUTELY the sweetest people There are so many other reasons I could list out.
